Each Cottage has a fully renovated kitchen, bath, and living area. Each cottage has a full kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances including: full sink, faucet, garbage disposal, cook tops, ovens, microwaves, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Exquisite granite counter tops with custom hand carved wood shelves and built in wooden cutting boards are standard. Each renovated bathroom has a new toilet, vanity, custom deluxe shower head, and vanity tiles. The bedroom includes brand new Beauty Rest Queen bed and high quality Queen pull out sofa, new 32 inch flat screen HD tv's, custom wood floors and wood ceilings throughout.

Prepare for your trip

Check-in time is between 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Not guaranteed to be ready right at 4 p.m. Use of pool/beach/parking not allowed before 3pm unless unit is ready. (during peak season weeks).

 Please do not plan on arriving earlier than this time frame unless you have been called and told that your unit is ready. When office is closed, keys may be picked up in a lock box to the left of the office door.

The code will be e-mailed to you in a "check-in info" e-mail 1 week from check-in and also a few days before you arrive.

PLEASE print one of those e-mails to bring with you in case you arrive after 5pm or if possibly arriving on Sunday or a holiday when we are closed. 

Check-out time is 11 a.m. Sorry, there are no exceptions. Housekeeping must gain entrance right at 10am in order to be able to have the proper time to clean and prepare the unit for the next occupant. 

Smoking permitted outside units.
Must provide copy of drivers license and proof of personal auto insurance to get access to golf carts.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.
